Modern Condo Kitchen in Cathedral Heights, Washington, DC

This project was a phoenix: the owner flipped a worst-case scenario on its head, bringing us their vision of renovating and rehabilitating the space after a fire and extensive water damage created an urgent need. We took advantage of the damage, and opened up a previously dark and dreary kitchen to create a large open floor plan, transitioning seamlessly into the dining and living rooms. With limited space, it was important that we were creative with our cabinet storage in order to provide a place for everything.
